Booking Terms

A deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid by the due date provided by our booking agent.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

We accept payments via Cashapp, Apple Pay, and Zelle. No cash payments are accepted.

Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time, including set-up and breakdown.
Guests are not permitted to arrive early to set up or stay late for breakdown.
The first portion of your booking should be used for setting up and decorating, while the last 30 minutes must be reserved for breakdown and cleanup.
If your event runs past the original end time, additional charges will apply.
No refunds or credits are given for early finishes. If you start late, the end time will not be extended.
You may request an additional hour(s) for an extra fee, subject to staff approval.

Guests may decorate the space with items such as balloons, tablecloths, arches, and marquee letters/numbers, but must adhere to the following guidelines:
- No tape, staples, or adhesives may be used on the walls.
- Furniture must remain in its original placement.
- Decorations should complement the space without altering its design.
- Any added decorations must be approved before setup to ensure they align with the venue’s aesthetic.

Exceeding the capacity of your booked package will result in additional charges.

The last 30 minutes of your booking are dedicated to cleaning.
The studio must be fully cleaned and vacated by the end of your booking.
If excessive cleaning is required after your session (e.g., glitter, makeup spills), a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines for common areas:

No setups or decorations are allowed in the common areas, including bathrooms, hallways, and steps.
No loitering in common areas.
No food or drinks are permitted in common areas.
Please respect shared spaces and keep them clear for others.

If your package includes access to the content studio, you are allotted up to one hour of usage.
The content studio is reserved for the birthday person or anyone wishing to take photos or create content.
No decorations are allowed in the content studio.
No food or drinks are allowed in the content studio.
The content studio must be restored to its original state, with all trash removed, after use.

Note: The content studio is shared with other groups. For a fully private experience, inquire about exclusive booking options.

The client is responsible for any damage to property or equipment during their booking.
The client agrees to cover the cost of repairs for any damaged equipment, furniture, or premises (including spills, stains, or burns).

Violating any policies or being disrespectful to staff may result in immediate termination of the session without refunds or credits.
No spraying champagne or bottles inside the studio.
No decorations may be placed on walls.
No confetti, glitter, or smoke bombs are allowed.

Photographers will capture key moments of your booking and are not required to stay for the entire duration.
Photography is limited to one hour.
A photo link will be provided to the client within 72 hours.

Our facility is smoke-friendly for adults only after 8 p.m. The building is thoroughly cleaned and de-smoked daily to ensure a fresh environment for the next day’s guests.
While we do our best to eliminate any traces of smoke, we appreciate your understanding.

Use of the studio and equipment is at the client’s own risk. The client waives the right to seek legal redress for accidents, mishaps, or loss while on our premises.
The client agrees to return the studio and equipment in the same condition as when they arrived.
The client is responsible for any legal infractions committed by themselves or their party during the session, including parking tickets, violations, and citations.
Studio Compound is not responsible for any personal items left behind. Any unclaimed items will be disposed of after the booking ends.
If dangerous or negligent activities are observed, Studio Compound reserves the right to stop the session and require the client and their party to leave immediately. Studio Compound assumes no responsibility in such cases.

By booking with us, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
